Common Questions
How do I check my contribution balance?
Log into your Savings Wallet dashboard to view your current balance, contribution history, and progress toward your goal.
What’s my position in the payout queue?
Your queue position is visible in your wallet dashboard once you’ve reached 50% of your target and completed the minimum wait time for your package.
How do I change my payment method?
You can update your payment method in your account settings. Both EFT and card payments are accepted.
What happens if I miss a contribution?
Two missed contributions result in suspension from the payout queue. We recommend setting up automatic payments to avoid disruptions.
